started from being a mother

Being a mother of course is a very happy thing for every woman. Since early pregnancy many women who face difficulties in pregnancy, started from nausea and vomiting regularly, which is often a lot of so-called 'cravings', until the pain in childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
Here are two complaints commonly encountered when you become a new mom and practical tips that can be done:
  1. After childbirth, of course, every woman has a high exhaustion, in addition to the birth process and the recovery process, the presence of the child in the home usually result in changes in the pattern of activity in the family, especially the mother.

    New activity routine, such as caring for and feeding the baby, lack of time because the baby's sleep patterns have not been regularly resulted in depletion of mothers power. This resulted in decreasing health of the mother, often many mothers who feel weak, tired and also reduced tolerance to stress / handling problems.
  2. There are so many things that cause anxiety in the person of the mothers after birth of the child in the home, started from why the child often cry? What makes it uncomfortable? Is my milk substantial enough the baby? Have I properly care for your child?
  3. Postpartum, a lot of hormones in the mother's body changes, this has resulted in an easy feeling depressed and easy to experience exhaustion. 
Practical tips :
  1. Try to be and calm in doing things, not to panic when faced with a problem, for example when the baby cries, we can be more selective in finding out the cause.
  2. Enjoyed every community with the child as a form of of love, such as having to get up at night to breastfeed, or when the child is fussy at night and requires us to hold him, or when we have to breastfeed the child along with stomach ache; so that everything will be feels easily.      
  3. Feel free to accept the assistance of family members in the care of the child, it can help us to not feel alone do many things.
  4. As much as possible, although only just time to shower, eat or sleep. We can take advantage of your child's nap time to rest ourselves restore energy  
  5. Do not forget the meal time to get good nutrition, which is also needed to support milk production.
