How to minimize spit up or vomiting in infants:


  1. Avoid giving breastmilk / milk with baby lying position. Baby's head stands approximately 30 minutes after feeding. 
  2. Avoid excessive stimulate baby's movement, especially after the baby is breastfeeding or eating.
  3. Controlling your baby's intake, either breastmilk or other supplemental food. 
  4. Try to burp the baby after feeding. 
  5. Avoid giving food intake SUCH AS breastmilk or other supplementary foods when the baby is hungry, it causes the baby to eat in a hurry. 
  6. For infants fed breast milk using a pacifier, periodically check the baby nipple hole, do not get too big because the more incoming air. 
  7. If breastfeeding, try to position the head higher than the feet. 
  8. When the baby spit up or vomit, do not lifted, let it all out. 
  9. Do not panic when the baby spit up or vomit comes out through the nose. It's better than the liquid is sucked again into the lungs, because it can cause an infection or inflammation.
